The various activities of the church are divided amongst a number of groups:

Communications:
A group concerned with improving the way we communicate our fait, our activities and our vision to the rest of the community

Social:
A group organising events through the year such as social gatherings, talks, walks, coach outings, craft shows and art exhibitions, often augmenting the church’s charitable giving

Peace & Justice:
A group charged with formulating an appropriate parish response to the disadvantaged locally, nationally and internationally, and to recommend a policy for planned giving in the parish

Worship and Spirituality:
A group concerned with improving where possible the existing forms of worship within the parish, developing new and experimental services, encouraging growth in the spiritual awareness of individuals and of the worshipping community as a whole, and extending our understanding of the Christian faith and how this relates to everyday life.

Pastoral Care:
A group of those who share in the pastoral care of the sick, the bereaved, the housebound and anyone else known to be in need within our community, and who extend a welcome to newcomers to our village

Choir
The church choir places an important part in our worship and mission. They sing at the 10am service every Sunday as well as at regular evening services and, of course, at numerous services over Christmas and Easter. There are currently 14 adults and children in the choir.
The choir practices on Fridays from 6 pm to 7 pm and the adults also practice after the Sunday morning service until 12 noon. Subject only to space constraints, new members are always welcome - both adults and children.
We are affiliated to the Royal School of Church Music and regularly attend RSCM events.

Children and Young People’s Group:
A group of all those involved in any way with the youngsters of our church, to co-ordinate our work with them and to give each other encouragement and  support in this important area of ministry
